Can I wear a veil AND flowers?

I get this question all the time. Many brides would like to wear a veil for their photos and ceremony, but not for their reception, and are not sure how to make that transition work. Here are a few options I've used with my brides.

Veil + Flower Clip

Wear your veil (all AEB veils come with a simple, easy to remove comb) for your photos and ceremony and then switch it out for a fresh flower clip made by your florist after your ceremony. Have your maid of honor or day-of-coordinator ready to meet you with the flower clip after your ceremony before your grand entrance

A fresh floral headpiece can be a nice replacement for the veil after the ceremony when you are ready to eat, drink and be married!

Removable Veil + Flower/Rhinestone Detail

At AEB, we actually make veils with removable flower or rhinestone clips so that you can walk down the aisle with your hair clip and veil and then remove the veil after the ceremony but keep your hairpiece. This style of veil is attached to the rhinestone adornment with velcro and is easily removed.

Two Veils - Ceremony & Party

This is a newer trend and SUCH a fun idea! Many brides wait their entire lives to wear a veil and just using it for the ceremony seems like too little time in a veil. To solve this, many of my brides will wear their longer, more traditional veil for the wedding ceremony and then switch into a shorter tulle veil or birdcage for their reception. It's such a fun way to try a couple of looks and get the most wear out of your veil.
